Snow? Noooo

Going to see Patrick Duff tonight, but it's snowing.
Hope it won't settle, I'll be very disappointed if I can't get there. Four hours to go. Here's two photos I took when I visited Arnos Vale on Tuesday:

Looking up at a Yew Tree

Pale Angel

We went for a walk over the Old Severn Bridge this morning, it was surprisingly bouncy, especially when big lorries went by. A very limited palate of colours in the wintery coldness.

Second Severn Crossing

Trip to Wales tomorrow cancelled as it is snowing there, shame, I was looking forward to it.

Have a good weekend.

I hope you were able to make the show!

Love your photos, especially the one of the bridge! The cold starkness of that one gave me a shiver.

You've got to see the Duff. He'll be sad if you can't make it. He'll probably be sad if you do go - it's his way, I'm afraid - but at least he'll have some good company.

Love the Pale Angel photo - would be ideal for a Goth compilation CD cover.

I made it to the show, it was fabulous, such a special event to be part of!

Thank you, I was a bit disappointed with how little colour there was anywhere today, but I love the bridge, it's a beautiful thing.

I did see the Duff, I must try to write a review, it was utterly lovely, although he was a little sad, but inspiring and wonderful too.

The goth angel just came out like that, looks like spent ages getting it all pale, doesn't it? Took some photos in the cemetery in the dark tonight, atmospheric, especially with the snow.

thank you, isn't it a wonderful yew tree? Must quite old, I love yew trees.

Hopes the snows were more pretty than they were trouble. :)

overall, yes the snow was exactly like that, your hopes were realised :-)

Splendid! I always like it when that happens. :)
